Moonnect is an influencer marketing agency headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, with operations in Melbourne and Sheridan. We connect brands with content creators for marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.

2. Our Services

We provide two main categories of services:

For Brands

• Influencer campaign strategy and execution
• Creator discovery and vetting
• Content production management
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Paid media amplification

For Creators

• Brand deal sourcing and negotiations
• Contract and payment management
• Career strategy and growth support
• Brand communications handling

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misrepresent your identity, audience metrics, or business details
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Maintain confidentiality of campaign details when required

4. Campaign Terms

For Brands

• Campaign briefs must be provided in writing
• Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise agreed
• Content approval timelines must be respected
• Moonnect is not liable for creator content posted outside agreed scope

For Creators

• Deliverables must match agreed specifications
• FTC/RTÜK disclosure guidelines must be followed
• Exclusivity periods must be honored when agreed
• Payment is released after brand approval of content

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moonnect website — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by Moonnect or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Campaign content ownership is defined in individual contracts between brands and creators.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moonnect acts as an intermediary between brands and creators. We are not liable for:

• Content posted by creators outside of campaign scope
• Creator behavior outside of professional engagements
• Third-party platform changes affecting campaign delivery
• Results not meeting expectations if all deliverables were completed

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Ongoing campaigns will be completed unless both parties agree to early termination. Fees for work completed are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
